I just found this forum & audio is my passion as well. I run a forum on proboards also, aimed at audiophile rock music & well seasoned at custom remastering. That's about it tho, don't have a lot of tech knowledge or the luxury of having exotic audio equipment. My Harmon Kardon & a sweet 'ole set of Mirage speakers plus 2 ambiance speakers in series tied to the left/right positive speakers posts & my Goldwave editor to remaster my favorite music gives me all the satisfaction I need. I'd be glad to show off my remasters to anyone intrested in giving them a listen. Just give a holler on my board @ hot rock central.... Cheers!

You'll have to explain more what you do differently between using Reaper and Acid. Acid is mostly for playing other people's loops, where Reaper is more for making you own recordings.
