Hello people! This is my first post, and I was wondering if you could give me an advice on how to treat my room. Basically i was planing on making bass traps like described here audioundone.com/do-it-yourself-bass-traps, and put them in the corners, on the sides, on the ceiling, and hang 2 of them on the closet doors. The main problem I am facing is the window area, because I am unable to cover that corner, because the window is in the way.. I will attach pictures of my room so you can see. The other concern is the door area, because it is covered in glass, the good thing is that the sound from the speakers hits the wall first according to my measurements, so the glass is avoided, but I am still not sure if the glass somewhat affects the sound as I am a total newb when it comes to acoustics .. So my question is how should I treat my room, and more important - how should I treat that window area? I would very much appreciate your advice. Thanks, Best regards, Wolfman

There are two types of bass traps shown in my Audio Undone article, and you definitely want the simpler type made with thick rigid fiberglass. The window and door and other stuff are all behind you, so those are not a problem. Just follow the basic advice that applies to every room, as listed in the READ THIS FIRST sticky.
