I'd say it should work. If you compare specs to OC 703 & 705, you'll see the density falls in between the two. Seems all you can get are 60mm and 85mm so if you want thicker panels, you can sandwich them together but if you use foil facing like for corner bass traps, only one panel with foil should face the room, the second "sandwiched" one must not be foil faced. Don't glue them together either, just install them both in a frame or something else to hold them together.

Looks like it's absorption is light at 125Hz plus I don't see where they specify whether it was 'on wall' or 'air gap' mounted. Neither do they say whether the 60 or 85mm panel was the measurement specimen. Remember, you can always use 8" (~200mm) thick fluffy insulation also. That should be easier to obtain.

Thanks for the replies. I don't have the room to use fluffy fiberglass as the boss requires a more visually appealing solution. Using rigid in frames covered in fabric is acceptable to the boss. Adding up the costs and time it may be an option to look at purchasing premade panels. I need to reconsider my options.
Kind regards
Steve

Kind regards Steve There's potentially no real difference in appearance other than thickness. Naturally, you can go full luxe and install it in some beautifully-routed stained hardwood frames or even behind a false fabric wall. Just some options...
