Mr. Winer,
Please forgive me if this is the wrong way to ask but are you currently selling raw frames for acoustic panels? I like the look and added effectiveness of yours and the Chameleon frames by another manufacturer. Should I build more panels I'd like to have options.

Sorry, RealTraps doesn't sell kits or parts. If cost is a concern, plastic drywall corner bead is an affordable way to stiffen the corners of rigid fiberglass or mineral wool, without having to deal with cutting wood. You'll need duct tape to hold the pieces together, though fabric might be enough if it's not too flimsy.

Indeed, I did use metal drywall corners on my current panels. As per the Steve P. Helm design, I used rivets to fasten the lengths. Your panels are effective works of art and something for the DIYer to strive toward. Thanks, -m
