Final Decay Numbers:
41.79Hz -9.5dB@140ms -9.5dB@160ms
66Hz -20.5dB@140ms -24.7dB@160ms
68.8Hz -21.1dB@140ms -24.6dB@160ms
P75.4Hz -18.5dB@140ms -22.2dB@160ms
92Hz -12.4dB@140ms -21.3dB@160ms
Besides 42Hz and possibly 92Hz, looks like both of the targets were met or exceeded: +-10dB SPL and 20dB decay within 150ms. It all kind of came together in the end once the hallway doors were opened and blankets added additional absorption. 42Hz will never die but it's ok - Hexspa has high pass filters! lmao
Like any room, it'll take awhile to get used to. The good news is that everything above 100Hz is looking good so working with the Mixcube should produce a pleasant experience.
That's pretty much it. Still got at least 10 months left on the lease but, assuming good behaviour, maybe longer.
Thanks!

Special shout-out to Ethan.
Great sound in here; best ever in my experience - wouldn't been possible without the givingness he's exemplified.
Inspiring.
Just waiting for the articles: How to Afford A Soundproof House by Ethan Winer.
I'd pay but I'm sure at least the opening chapter will be free.
Thanks.
