Is formaldehyde off-gassing an issue with OC703 such that ECOSE technology used in some panels is a preferred material? My understanding is that it is hit or miss whether a person is sensitive to this and more of a problem in warmer climates where the dew point is higher such as Florida where I live

I'm not that familiar with it but it seems like you said it all. Whenever this comes up here, it's always someone concerned about the future as opposed to dealing with a present situation. In no way am I saying your concerns aren't valid, it's just that nobody comes here to complain about it once they have absorption installed.
