The guitar is fake fender with 3 singles. If i touch strings or the plug by hand noise disappears. Any fix for that? If rotating guitar knobs from 10 to 1 noise is supressed but highs are equed as well with muffled sound as a result.

All I can recommend is some active pickups like EMG and Fishman or some kind of "noiseless" pickups which I believe are actually some kind of humbucker. Speaking of which, there are also single-width humbuckers; though of course will differ in sound.
My experience doesn't give me the ability to recommend "electrical" solutions because I'm only now learning about resistors and computer circuit modelling via SPICE!

Yep, all single coil pups pick up ambient electro-magnetic radiation (electrical noise, it's everywhere); it's a fact! That's why humbuckers were invented.
One thing that can make it worse is if the strings are not grounded to the pickup ground. You can check with an Ohm meter or continuity checker from the bridge to your output jack. Even though you'll still get noise, a poor or un-connected wire here will make it worse.
Good shielding in the pup, control cavities and pick-guard may help a little too but won't solve the problem either.
A friend of mine did tell me he solved the problem on his Strat but it's probably more expensive than your guitar! Here it is, good luck!

Touchhing all strings reduces noise by 60% and touching plug by 90%. I supressed noise by attaching wire to plug and another end to a spoon put into pants and fixed by belt but it's kind of inconvenient and unaethtetical.

Well, I guess being a musician is not as easy as you might have thought

I disagree, for me it's kind of fun and entertainment

I have rechecked my method this time attaching aluminum radiator from old agp instead of spoon and it works perfectly with all noise supressed. So i recommend this. Kind of strange that if it's grounded to body noise is supressed but when ground goes to preamp that noise exists. Without that noise guitar sounds uncomparably better like 2000usd model.

All this kind of hints that the source of noise is not single pickups themselves but kind of preamp or further hw in chain... quite a breakthrough info vs what's written in internet. Definitely they do not act as antennas and do not interfere with each other since noise is supressed for all 3 singles. How is it harmful for the body is another question. Toungue feels it like weak battery weaker than 9v krona type. At least a way out for non stage recording. Good contact to skin is essential. Perhaps i will make a better solution by adding a resistor between wire and radiator and substitute radiator by some aluminum foil from beer can and use soldering instead of twisting wires together. For bass i won't bother as it needs hi cut anyway.

Some time ago i fixed mics' noise by soldering 1 resistor between two output xlr contacts within chinese electret bm800 mics with small membranes though i was warned on all forums that it will only decrease sound level. Indeed sound level was decreased but unbearable noise was gone. When i asked to explain this phenomenon at forums no one could but everyone insisted that i was doing a very bad politically incorrect thing. It seems that experiments with electricity can be fruitful.

Resistor doesnot help, ground to heating pipe instead ofbody does not help, moving away from guitar also breaks it. It seems that body supresses interference only in close proximity. No other way except described or perhaps a device emulating electrical properties of a body could help. Seems a complex solution is needed.
